Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a cozy stay with wonderful nature views and relaxing jacuzzi in the rooms. The service, though a bit slow in responding to requests, is satisfactory overall. The location is perfect for nature lovers, surrounded by forests and nice walking paths. The dining experience can be improved due to some issues with flies, but the beef dishes are worth trying. The hotel facilities meet basic needs but may lack some amenities.
I was blown away by the amazing view from the top of the hill - it was like being surrounded by nature in its purest form from my balcony. The room had both a shower and a bath, plus large windows that let in so much natural light. The only downside was the slow response to my request for extra bedding, but the reception staff made up for it with their friendly service.
The hotel is located in a beautiful wooded area with lovely walking paths and near the botanical garden, offering a serene natural setting for guests. However, it is a bit far from the town center and not very close to other amenities. The rooms provide stunning balcony views of the outside nature, come with free WiFi, jacuzzi, and offer a captivating top-of-the-hill panorama. The service, though friendly at the reception desk, lacked prompt responses to requests for extra bedding. The dining experience, while not inclusive, presented Koshihikari brand rice, making meals somewhat limited. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory, but some areas seemed to attract unwelcome flies, affecting the dining ambiance.
